MEDICATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
April 16, 2008

WELLSVILLE - The Medication Assistance Program will be at Wellsville First Christian Church from 9:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday. Bring all prescription bottles. Help is also available for those with Medicare Part D problems. For more information call 330-424-7877. Volunteers will also assist with forms for the stimulus payment. Bring income information for 2007.
