Sign Language Classes

EAST LIVERPOOL - East Liverpool City Hospital is offering American Sign Language classes presented by the Community Center for the Deaf of Youngstown. The 10-week course is for beginners and classes will meet from 6-8 p.m. each Thursday, beginning May 8 through July 10, in the hospitalás Education Department.
