BL lands three on AAC all-star team YOUNGSTOWN — Three members of the Beaver Local High Schol football team received first-team honors on the 2009 All-American Conference Football All-Stars Team, released this week. Offensive lineman J.J. Intorre, a 6-foot-2, 265-pound senior, and sophomore Tyler Givens (5-10, 195) made the Red Division’s top team, as did senior wide receiver Jake Lunders (6-1, 175). In addition, juniors Ricky May (5-10, 180) and Evan Schneider (6-1, 200) were honorable mention selections. The Beavers finished 1-9 in 2009, including 0-3 in the AAC. Amato earns 2nd team ITCL honors WELLSVILLE — Wellsville’s Noelle Amato was selected to the ITCL All-Star volleyball second team. She was inadvertantly left off the original released list. ELHS Primetime event tonight EAST LIVERPOOL — Primetime, a celebration of East Liverpool basketball will be held today at 6 p.m. at Potter Fieldhouse.
