Murray, 20, South Hollywood Drive, East Liverpool - fined $50 and costs for intoxication. Donald McKenzie, 21, St. John Street, East Liverpool - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $10,000 for driving under suspension and speeding. Clarissa Powers, 27, Zinia Lane, Chester - failed to appear, cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $10,000 for petty theft and possession of criminal tools.
