Mary M. Bywaters

Mary M. Bywaters NEW CUMBERLAND - Mary M. Bywaters, whom was born Oct. 9, 1924, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at home, after a brief illness. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Orville Bywaters; a brother, Alex E. Mahan II; and her parents, Alex E. and Sadie B. Mahan. She is survived by her son, Leonard Bywaters, and two granddaughters, Heather Bywaters and Robyn Bywaters. Mary was a lifelong member of Nessly Chapel United Methodist Church and a member of the Order of Eastern Star. There will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be held at the convienence of the family. The family asks that memorial contributions be made to Valley Hospice 380 Summit Avenue; Steubenville, Ohio 43952. Turley Funeral Home handled arrangements.
