Potters win before break

EAST LIVERPOOL — East Liverpool’s bowling teams were both winners over John Marshall on Wednesday at Walnut Lanes.

The Potter boys won 2,176-1,327. Jacob Gibas had a 191 high game and a 375 series. Hunter Estell had a 192 hig hgame and a 373 series. Jayden McDole had a 214 high game and a 391 series.

The Potters are 6-3.

Addison Rudibaugh had a 212 high game and 410 series as the Potter girls won 2,102-1,717. Danni Riggle added a 196 high game and a 365 series.

East Liverpool is back in action on Jan. 7 at Beaver Local.

Tigers are 7-0

CORTLAND — Wellsville’s bowling team rolled over Maplewood 2,396-1,811 on Wednesday at Cortland Lanes.

For the Tigers (7-0), Cameron Taylor had a high game of 214 and a 405 series. Makayla Landess had a 193 high game and a 369 seires. Landon Ramsey added a 191 high game and a 364 series.

Wellsville plays Lordstown today at Freeway Lanes.
